Did you not watch the video? He was dampening it at certain points, but you also gotta be careful, as too much water could make it fall apart or make the cement weak when it cures from having too much water in it.
No soy de Vietnam, trabajo en usa, y el cemento es regular solo aplícale arena de la más fina y si puedes agrégale poco resistol ala mescla y te dará tiempo de trabajarla y quedará más fuerte y maziza
