The Mumbai Sessions Court has ordered the police to investigate against Shilpa and Raj Kundra. Actually, a bullion trader has accused the actress and her husband of fraud. Due to which the court has ordered an investigation against both of them. The case of fraud filed in the court prima facie constitutes a cognizable offence. The court has said in the case that looking at the fraud case filed in the court by a bullion trader against actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra, it seems that this case is true.
