In this part... Noel plays a cruel prank on Frank Carson for no reason, and Mr Blobby is ill! Who thinks of these things?

Another great edition of Noel House Party from 1994 TVajb bringing back those memories of Saturday night television in the 90s.
These opening titles and theme music that had been with Noel's House Party since series 1 make their last appearance in 1994 as when the show returned in the autumn of 1994 there was a new titles and a slight re-recorded theme music.

Can someone please explain what this show was? The context and their setup?

+Rajan Sawhney It was a family entertainment show, broadcast live on Saturday evenings. It was largely reliant on pranks and practical jokes, but also featured comical sketches and games. The host played a characterized version of himself, under the pretense that he lived in the large house, was a pleasant but idiotic man, and was hosting a party for the people in the audience. His character wasn't strictly maintained throughout each show, it was only applied during certain sketches. And he would sometimes break character for comedic effect.
