These experienced skaters, like also your coach, have a certain weightiness to their graceful lines. I'd like to see more of them. I'm sure they do shows but I don't see them.
Wow, I can't believe Paul still has his low sit spin with the turn out feet ! Amazing. He must have kept up with some of his skating skills through all of these years, and his knees are still healthy. Paul should've done that up & down motion with his arms on the back sit, haha.
Just so you know…Paul Wylie was, and still is, the best artistic male skater of his generation. His “JFK” program was a phenomenal piece of choreography best described as a creative masterpiece unparalleled to-date (2024) since first performed in 1992. The performance stands alone as “greatness on every level, including performance!” Sadly, Paul Wylie never received the recognition he deserved for his extraordinarily amazing artistic talent! As a 75+ yr. old figure skating enthusiast, I’ve watched them all, and Paul was the best in his Era! Yuzuru Hanyu has been the only skater capable of mirroring Paul’s ability and level of artistry that showcased his artistic genius during performances. (Obviously just my opinion.)
One of the classic skaters, good edges and super lines. He used to do a superb camel spin, probably still can 😊
True that!
One of the greatest artists and athlete on the ice.
Oh that straight leg sit spin! So classic!
🥇
Paul’s still got it. Thanks for the post.
He is still awesome. Gorgeous position on that spin ❤

I will be posting more!

I loved Paul during his hay day. It was wonderful to see him still skating. Thanks for the video!!!
Wow, his spin is stunning and the edge(s) so beautiful.
I agree!
He’s so beautiful 😭😭😭
Perfect posture and toe point-he couldn’t hit a bad position if he tried.
💯
The best skater all time so emotional🤩it would have been Gold in Albertville.Great Paul

I will get him to do it next time.
I love Paul I did a camp with him and he was my coach he helped me land my dibble axel
His sit spin is still fantastic, the kids these days don't come close.

Watching him do that brought back a flood of memories of his past programs. ❤⛸️
What a name he has. Still follow him on videos. Always will be mom's favorite skater true class. Have a happy life Paul

Still one of the best to come out of the United States
That’s superb for being “out of shape.”! He still has that beautiful sit and back sit positions.
He trained spins under Gus Lussi
