I just figured out why I like Yangsun and Chiwung as a couple so much. They really talk with each other, are honest with each other, and they try their best to built each other up. Yes, they may not say everything out right away but always in the end they tell each other everything, there are no secrets between them. I think that is what makes them such a strong couple. I have never seen their parents act this way once. Especially Chiwung's parents, there are secrets and more secrets with that family. I think that is why Yangsun and Chiwung are so honest with each other as well, they seen what lies and secrets do to a family so they want to avoid that with their own relationship.

Was is so wrong about him being so frustrated with everything that is going on around him and his own emotions that he has to cry? His mother is kind and only wants her son to be happy, that is a mother that truly loves her son, not weakness. Segi is Chiwung's friend and while yes he once told him to go back and take the exam, it was to try and make things easier for everyone. However it wasn't what Chiwung wanted, so he dropped it seeing as yes how things are going for Chiwung are hard at home, he is honestly happy with his life. Chiju, loves his older brother and Chiwung has always been a kind older brother to him so why would Chiju go against his brother that is happy? Where in the past episode has he ever said that they do not support him? He has only told her the truth about how his family is. He once even said that yes his dad yells and gets violent but he still loves his father and probably always would. Ok, now statements like are really sexist. Yes, Yangsun is tough but with her past she had to be. Chiwung grew up being spoilt by his father. It is also the modern days and everybody is different. So what is Yangsun is self reliant and he has tried to protect her in his own inexperienced way but she wouldn't let him. That works for them, and it doesn't bother her. If it did bother her then it would be a problem. That is also why Seongil would never end up with Yangsun. He is too busy trying to be manly and protect her when that is not the type of guy she needs. She is a challenge to him, a prize to be won, so he is going to bully Chiwung. Once she stops being a challenge he will quickly bore of her as he did Suri and move on. Also Seongil in all of his cocky bravado does not know or understand when to back off and give her space. Chiwung does give her, her space though it does make him a little unconfident about their relationship. Chiwung has never had a girlfriend before so he is unsure, but he still gives her the respect that she needs and deserves, unlike Seongil. He is not acting like a young kid, another guy is trying to take his girlfriend from him. As I have said before he has never been in a relationship before so he does not know how to handle the situation. He sees a guy harassing his girlfriend and has tried numerous times to tell Seongil to back off and then Seongil starts to provoke him so he gets mad. Yes that is not the way to handle it but he is just human. Chiju is just a teenager and doesn't show up very long in all of the episodes, also he hasn't really been put into the same situations at the same times that Chiwung has experienced them. obbor4 I have kind of figured that, this is not the first episode that I had a run in with him/her on my comments. Though it did give me a moment to explain in more detail my thoughts of what is going on and how I view them. It also gave me more time to really think about what I have seen and learn more from what I had watched in the moment. The writer's have and I for one am really glad that they made Yangsun and Chiwung so strong as a couple so far. I have lost count at how many times I have seen the main female waver at the second male lead when she was with the male lead or originally liked the second male lead but in the end wound up with the male lead. Though I do still watch those kinds of dramas and get some form of enjoyment from them it is just getting repetitious. I also like how they made Yangsun such a strong willed, independent, and self-reliant character. Oh I know what you mean, I have done my own videos in the past few years on here and I have seen it first hand in the kpop/kdrama communities. I have seen my fair share of trolls and honestly I don't usually pay them any mind. In this case as I stated earlier, I just wanted to go a little more in detail about my thoughts and observations on what has been happening. Honestly this is the first long running drama that I have stuck with, usually I get too bored or distracted to finish any of the others I have tried to watch in the past.
