This may sound gross...but I’ve been eating fresh raw liver from grass fed cows...it’s a superfood and has been making my hair and nails finally grow past me breast! The flavor is creepy as hell...so I cut it into pieces with scissors cuz it’s slippery and a knife sounds dangerous...it has to be super fresh or it makes me gag...and I swallow the pieces with some water...instant nutrients. I’ve been telling all my friends and sisters about this...most of em think I’m nasty...it makes me feel tribal . It slides right down ...mmmm
