I love this so much and I wanted to share with you my 1h slow morning routine (inspired by you💗) I start my day at 8 am, I hop to the bathroom and brush my teeth get ready by simple things then I sit on my fav spot in my room and I spend my time in silence while drinking water then I go to the kitchen prepare my breakfast while listening to my morning playlist and eat it while reading or watching youtube then I spend time spretually reading Quran and that's how I make sure that I start my day motivated without any stress

honestly, I'd watch every video you do :D but I would love these topics in particular: How to motivate yourself for the day and actually be productive if you struggle a lot; how to live your best life if you live in a city that doesn't make you happy and is full of negative memories and experiences; how to stick to your goals and projects and don't just end them in the middle of doing them.
I also use HABIT. You can export your data, feed it into an AI and get great analyses such as whether my mood is related to my supplement intake. Whether I am more productive in my cycle phase XY, etc
i get up early as well to do a routine and it motivates me so much to keep going when i see others doing this as well, because as enjoyable as it is, it does need motivation sometimes, cute vlog! 💓
I think it's great how much you're working on healthy eating, mind, sport and healthy habits in general. Are you already working with your breath? The way we breathe or how we consciously use our breath to influence our body chemistry and nervous system has such a mind-blowing effect. It was an eye opener for me. Since I learned how to breathe more deeply, I need 1 hour of sleep less (no joke!!!).

Shilajit works best when taken before bed(also lesser than that quantity u took else it can cause acne breakout and stomach issues)...helps the brain do it work better at night and the energy levels the following day 🙌🙌
