I really liked that you shared not only your tips for mental health but also how much time you dedicate to each habit, bc I've seen so many people sharing their morning routines and the insane amount of activities they fit into them, and I know it's not good to compare oursleves to others, but it really made me feel that it was impossible for me to achieve that level. Your morning routing feels more realistic bc it shows you really give each habit their time.

These days my exams are going on and yesterday after giving the exam I was so tired and just want to be in my bed and did the same
Now I reminded myself that Jasmine it's okay to be tired sometimes coz u know worked hard for it and let's get on track and be productive for the next exam on its wayyyyy

I was so burnt out the last couple days and yesterday I put myself back together and started working on myself and my goals again and it feels amazing, also watched your video on watch this when you feel burned out really helped me a lot I didn’t know I needed it and also how you knew that was exactly what I have been experiencing. I like a variation on all content types. It is quite fun to see everything ❤
I think it's great how much you're working on healthy eating, mind, sport and healthy habits in general. Are you already working with your breath? The way we breathe or how we consciously use our breath to influence our body chemistry and nervous system has such a mind-blowing effect. It was an eye opener for me. Since I learned how to breathe more deeply, I need 1 hour of sleep less (no joke!!!).
I love this so much and I wanted to share with you my 1h slow morning routine (inspired by you💗)
I start my day at 8 am, I hop to the bathroom and brush my teeth get ready by simple things then I sit on my fav spot in my room and I spend my time in silence while drinking water then I go to the kitchen prepare my breakfast while listening to my morning playlist and eat it while reading or watching youtube then I spend time spretually reading Quran and that's how I make sure that I start my day motivated without any stress

Genuine question about reading: How do you not fall asleep? Esp if you're reading in the morning. If I cuddle up with my blanket like you did in the video - it's game over for me. After 10, 20 or 30 minutes, I'll be asleep.
