How to enable/disable administrator account windows 7

guys just click the start button then click on the box that has your windows account picture then click CHANGE ACCOUNT TYPE type the administrator password and make the user the administrator

Poor Nadeem thinks that 136 people do not like him, but in reality the people truly are administrators but Microsoft has found a way to remove administrator access to windows update, secpol.msc, and other settings, this happens once the update install with a blackhole that microsoft refuses to talk about, but here is what it does, disables admin access to certain things in settings that allow public to stop microsoft from injecting or retreiving data and updates, its part of a new tactic they still use, never install updates can be set but this microsoft install still goes through and install this update in seconds, it gives them info for piracy, which is their main concern windows 7, 8, and 10. But even legit users can suffer from lags, high mem usage, and update disabling access, which is not fair. Nadeem you have to learn a little more about these two different installs/updates, some of your subscribers that unsubscribe and thumbs down might think its you in the wrong, learn, research it, its removable from certain updates, then tell your followers. Microsoft is a sneaky snake, i tested their use of this blackhole aka anonymous entry to systems in pirated and legit windows and they access both but for pirated single licences they disable them leaving the user with no choice, but also leaving legit users without privacy or administrator control in 60 percent of cases, it depends what they level they label your pc hard drive id/ip/pc.
