I'm so glad I found this! My neighbor just gave me one for free with all of the attachments and it still works perfectly. Today I'm going to use it to make pumpkin pies and grind my own burgers!
However mine is an older model. The one in this video doesn't seem to have the meat grinding attachment that goes on to the back of the beater arm assembly.
My older model has a meat grinder attachment that goes on to the back of the attachment that the beaters go into. I'm going to grind up a chuck roast and make burgers with it tonight. I believe mine is from the 70s and it still works great today. 😀😀
I didn’t know that there was an infomercial for the Oster Kitchen Center. Wow! My stepmom’s mother has an older type of Kitchen Center from like the late 70’s to early 80’s.
Me neither! I'm so glad I found this! My neighbor just gave me one for free with all of the attachments and it still works perfectly. Today I'm going to use it to make pumpkin pies and grind my own burgers.
Now that I've started watching it mine is older than this one too. It's like a darker color that has begun to yellows lately. But the concept still looks similar.
I remember Graham's cooking show on the Canadian Broadcasting Network in the '60's. His wife Treena was his producer and the programs were a delight to watch - even as a 12 year old with absolutely no interest in cooking! Watching this, I can't help thinking Ron Fowler, Heidi Bohay, and Nancy Nelson has some serious competition! I don't mention Cathy Mitchell because her products are different, perhaps a little "gimmicky" and she is a personality all her own! Rest in peace Graham Kerr, you were an Emeril Lagasse long before Emeril turned on a stove!!!!
Still use my Oster Regency Kitchen center and attachments. Love it! Attachments:. Salad maker/shredder, ice cream maker, ice crusher, meat grinder and sausage maker, food processor, pasta maker, blender.
Sorry... But... Are all that people real? If that's true... Poor little girl... The swimmer... She is trainning six days a week! When is she simple child?
a 6 in 1 appliance that does everything...really really poorly. i never thought there was something worse than an oster blender, looks like I was wrong. they put an even shittier blender in this low powered contraption. seriously, just get a real appliance. a vitamix, a breville sous chef, and a kitchenaid mixer.

@@kona702 I also have the older one with the meat grinder attachment. My mom gave me hers. Mine didn't come with the blades to cut through.
I'm so jealous!

I have the older one too. It also had a ice grinder attachment.

Pieces and Accesories are compatible with 1979's Oster Regency?
$269.85US, plus taxes: sounds pricey.
A used one goes for over $100 on Ebay.
$680.00 in 2024 dollars.
