Lumpy is 10, guys. Give the kid some room to make mistakes and have emotions on the field. Competitive sports at this level bring out a lot of feelings for these kids, and just because we see Lumpy on RUclips doesn’t mean all kids don’t do this from time to time. I know mine does!

I see lumpy going off on team a lot. With all the baseball he plays. Exposure. And everything that is done for him. Might need to humble it down a touch and not go off on teammates as much.

Lumpy is usually good at this stuff but he can’t shrug is shoulders and give attitude to the pitcher after a walk, that will just make the pitcher more nervous
That’s the beauty’s of watching him grow and develop. Not just as a ball player, you get to see him grow as a person. Obviously a moment to learn from.

No hate but I think lumpy should have a talk with the picther to incourge him cause showing signs of him being mad makes the picther nervous and the pitcher would start to throw balls.

Lumpy’s form when he threw that ball from third was super impressive! To move that fast and still set your feet is crazy and shows he puts in the time to learn and do it right. Love to see it!

That umpire must have been infuriating to deal with. Takes 3-5 business days to call the pitch.
Hope you work with Lumpy on etiquette. Only watch to see Lumpy hit bombs but showing up the umps and even his own pitcher is wild.
I would tell my pitcher to purposely bounce every ball to the catcher until he stopped making those gestures after throwing a ball. That cant happen

My question is, there is an adjustment from 10U to 11U as far as field requirements go that they will need to adjust to game in and game out, granted I know they playing against 11U teams in tourneys last year as 10U, but still why are they playing against 12U teams so early in the season. Coach Johnny was more aggressive of a couch, I think the team has to adjust to the new coaching style also in time. Just Glad the new season had started, Go Fries!!
There is an adjustment in 11U. Mound stretches to 50 feet, and bases are now 70 feet.
