Whenever I see wisteria I imagine how lovely it would be to have it drape over my bed like a canopy and lull me to sleep. In tonight's story we can experience just that. Hope you are all sleeping well and taking care of yourselves! Tomorrow you may awaken to a new morning meditation. I've decided to compliment every Sunday release with a Monday meditation to start your week off right. And if you wish to donate and help support this channel, donations are always appreciated. www.venmo.com/michellehotaling.
Wow! Wisteria Dreams hits practically every checkbox! A secret night garden in a sleepy village. A train ride. A magical and fantasy environment of affirming words. Honestly I listened to this on 4 nights already, and didn't get past the 11 minute mark. At fist I underestimated how well the description of the landscape seen from the train set the comforting, dreamy environment in the 'honey-gold' sunlight. Coming back to this during the day, I think you did a masterful job of describing the whole bath and garden scene! The lanterns, vegetation, statue, the match-lighting scene, the feel of the comfy bed were really captivating. And felt like I could practically smell the wisteria garden. Thank you again Michelle for another captivating sleep story!
Aww thank you for continuing to come back to this. It was inspired by a place I stayed once. I had the garden all to myself every night and never imagined how magical it could be at night. 💜
This one makes me miss a certain spot I lived on Vancouver Island, Canada for a period of eight yrs, particularly the Wisteria hanging in my garden and the strolling along the coastline streets. Beautifully done. I can still smell it.
Thank you, Lynn! I'm so glad it received such a warm reception with you! I love wisteria as well! I hope it continues to bring you sleep. And if there's anyone you know who may also need help sleeping and dreaming away, send them to me!
Recently discovered Michelle's wonderful world, love these stories, this is my new beautiful bedtime routine, a fabulous way to escape from the word. Thank you Michelle X X X
1st story and I sure picked a good one! Beautifully done, perfectly what I need. I'll try again tonight, as it's 6am & I haven't slept a wink. Much to much on my mind. But in my bones I feel you are just what my soul requires to heal all my broken parts.
I'm sorry you haven't been sleeping. I hope you can take tonight and make a beautiful sleep routine-- spoil yourself and cuddle up with some stories. It's such a hard time all around and normal to have our minds in a flurry of thoughts. But you deserve peace and rest too-- a vacation is deserved every night at bedtime!
@@MichellesSanctuary Thank you so much. I'm really happy that I found your channel and I've shared it today with my sister in Minneapolis and my friend in Albuquerque and I live near Colorado Springs, CO. Sadly today I lost a dear friend to cancer. She was an Angel on Earth and now she's an Angel in Heaven. Her name is Lovey and she owns this adorable motel "The Western Lodge" that has 12 little log cabins. I came back here when I heard she was sick back in October and I have stayed and helped in any way I could to keep this sweet place up & running. Lovey always took in the down on their luck folks, the battered women, like me, the hitch hiking through travellers and all the stray neighborhood cats & her 4 dogs, even a baby squirrel we nursed back to health. Every day the local town flock of wild turkeys come through to dig around in the garden & compost looking for bugs to eat and everyday I put out peanuts, sunflower seeds & fresh water for all the critters. A herd of white tail deer run through & graze also, but I never see them...just the prints the leave behind with their cloven hooves. It's like God's little acre here, and now today Lovey left us. She was 73, I think and a Scorpio like me.
Hopefully being able to listen to it in bed will still get you to feel the desire to get up! I hear you. My park routine and the fact it’s been too hot for my senior pup if I don’t get out early has been my motivator.
I first heard your stories on an app I downloaded an there was a new one every 24hrs an I started just listening to you then searched an found u on RUclips a couple weeks later. I love your voice an magical way u tell the stories. Iv been listening to all kinds of sleep hypnosis for a few yrs now but all I now listen to is your calming sleep stories. Thankyou ❤

Michelle, if I could give this 1000 likes... I would!. I loved this so much! It was exactly what I needed today. You are so talented and this story/meditation is so beautiful and calming. I am so glad I found your channel, you are a life saver!!! ❤
Thank you, Daphne! I hope it continues to bring you sleep... and if you know anyone else struggling with sleep, send them. my way. Wishing you the sweetest of wisteria dreams! 💜
How lovely! I hope you enjoy it! I recently learned that while the Japanese view the cherry blossoms as fleeting and a sign of all that is temporary, wisteria may live over a hundred years and symbolizes permanence and wisdom.
Lovely sleep meditation! I haven't quite finished it yet as I listen to small segments each night before drifting into peaceful slumber. I love Wisteria, I've been thinking about planting some in a corner of my garden.
How lovely-- I hope you do! If I had a garden I would want a lush canopy of it. I'm so glad you enjoyed this one and wish you continued wisteria dreams, Rachel!
Please be forewarned although wisteria is lovely in spring when it blooms and it’s scent is delicious it is sadly an invasive weed. Not to be a buzz kill but I planted some thirty years ago and removed the overgrown monster a decade ago but it seeded all over my property. It even grows within the trunks of trees eventually strangling them. So lovely it is but it like many lovely things has a dark side. Unlike this bed time story. My yard is the king of invasive species I have things growing there that shouldn’t even survive but they do. I planted Japanese honeysuckle years ago. It died in two years yet it seeded like the wisteria now they both battle for dominance along with peppermint and pachysandra. If I could grow hydrangeas like these weeds I’d be happier. Better to have them in your mind then your yard.
Third time, and haven't been around for the end yet. Glad it's working lol. My parents' home has huge wisteria bushes on either side of the backyard, and it's always so wonderful in season
had hard time falling asleep & been listening to different ones every night for month or so & i love doing the imagery part, i fall asleep pretty quick! thank you for these!
This is absolutely beautiful! And for some reason, the music that accompanied the story made me go to sleep even faster! Thank you, Michelle, for another healing narrative😊

Ready to fall asleep to this dreamy meditation... Wisteria might be my favorite word in the english language.
It’s such a beautiful word- as is willow! Sweet wisteria dreams. 💜
Once again, thank you very much for helping me fall asleep.
