    When you've been following Omri long enough you can _feel_ when the "oooh yeah" is about to drop.

    The Contour 1 from Joranalogue has a inverted output. Together with a vca like Intellijel's Quad, that has knobs for shaping the input from exponetial to linear, and input attenuators, I find it really easy and fun to shape and change the sounds while playing.

    Man, there’s plenty to get hold of in this one! I particularly like the last example, such rhythmically interesting movement going on there. I’m looking forward to building some potential magic around that technique… Cheers man, peace ✌️

    Hi Omri ! There's something I don't understand! at around 19 minutes, you say that the signal which opens the filter (for the drone) is inverted. However, if I take the signal that comes out of the bog audio offset module and puts it into the oscilloscope I have exactly the same signal as the one that comes out directly from the envelope follower. From there I'm lost 🙂

    • @OmriCohen-Music
      @OmriCohen-Music  6 месяцев назад +1

      Hi! That's actually my bad because there's no need for the Offset module at all. I'm using the built-in attenuverter on the filter to invert the signal :)

    This is extremely interesting! Once again: thank you for sharing this! Some good ideas, especially the CV side chaining - VIVA MODULARE! ---- But, a question: I can download your packed patches, but, when I extract them, as usual with your files, I do get the VCV-files, but I can't open them this time... I get an error I've never had with your files...

    • @OmriCohen-Music
      @OmriCohen-Music  2 года назад

      Thanks so much! It's weird that the files don't work. Are you double clicking them or do you open them from within vcv?

    • @pureeschaap
      @pureeschaap 2 года назад

      @@OmriCohen-Music Thx for your answer. What I normally do? I first extract them, and, only then open them in VCV. And, I think it shouldn't make any difference as you open a source file (VCV) the dedicated/trusted program will open that file (Rack 2). ---- I just reinstalled Rack 2, and, now it works fine. I guess something went wrong somewhere in the buffering... --- Conclusion: all is fine!
