i have the same style Toro (2019) and my brake cord just broke yesterday (dont leave it out in the rain for 3 years), i used old electical wires to jerryrig something until i get the right wire, i came here from the Ebay listing bought it. :)
Excellent question! I’ll give away upcoming videos 🤣 Both wheels do spin the last time I checked bc as you see this mower is in pieces. The SP was INOP bc of the belt slipped off which you will see in another video. I did a few things and got the belt back on. Could have sworn that both wheels were working. The wheels are being replaced bc one of them looks like it got hit with a blade from another mower The short video I was going to post on our instagram only.
