Guys just try to understand.. it's not anyone's mistake. It's OUR mistake.. We failed them.. the MADDAM SIR Team is struggling with the budget because of less TRP since many months. So they were using body doubles majority of the times during the chingaari track and managing the expenses by shooting indoors. But now they can't use body doubles much. They have to call Yuki, sonali and priyanshu. And also the stories required a lot of junior actors, extra setups for Bank robbery sequence, Republic Day sequences and probably for some upcoming stories. So the expenses obviously shooted up. They HAD to reduce the expenses and the only way was to remove shilpa shinde.. To be frank, I don't feel bhavika herself quitted the show.. you know what I mean.. the team also might have wanted to manage the budget!!

Exactly you watched only 2 mins BTS, she worked on that set with those people for 12 hours for 6 days...She knows it better and there is nothing wrong if some casts or makers are tired working for the show or are bored. Jab contract hota hai usme conditions hoti hai jo nahi fulfil Hui ye bhi sach hai. At time of esha kansara unka contract badnaam ke wife ke jaisa tha ye unhone khud bataya tha bulbul jaise unka entry bich bich me hoga. Maddam Sir is one of the few serials where it has many stories related to day to day life stories with funny twists and innovative solutions. But recently MS is something going on and off.Many interesting characters and storyline came but ended disruptly. Like Aman Vidrohi liking Hassena, HM going to a secret mission etc. It should end and come with new stories and proper storyline.

I love MaddamSir alot It's a very unique and mind-blowing show but here I also agree with shilpa that the direction team than from starting and vs now the direction team is making no sense in the story sometimes but the direction that time hemen sir was perfect in everything when the new characters were joining the show and they were not leaving the show in between but now whenever a new comer comes they make the character to stay away from show in between the working story like Mira was came and they stopped her story in between and not showed anything!!

I believe this is the most honest interview. Shilpa said exactly what I have been feeling about since last few months. Everyone including makers, writers, director and mostly the cast are kind of lost interest from the show, and it shows quite clearly from the quality of each episode. Directions, writing and especially editing have gone on toss... It is actually good for everyone that they are getting break and I really wish they come back with freshness with the same quality of the show that used to be till few months ago. I really feel bad about some fans bashing Shilpa for this interview, you people watched 2 mins BTS and this lady a actually worked on that set for 12 hous for 6 days... Obviously she knows it better.

Guys just try to understand.. it's not anyone's mistake. It's OUR mistake.. We failed them.. the MADDAM SIR Team is struggling with the budget because of less TRP since many months. So they were using body doubles majority of the times during the chingaari track and managing the expenses by shooting indoors. But now they can't use body doubles much. They have to call Yuki, sonali and priyanshu. And also the stories required a lot of junior actors, extra setups for Bank robbery sequence, Republic Day sequences and probably for some upcoming stories. So the expenses obviously shooted up. They HAD to reduce the expenses and the only way was to remove shilpa shinde..
To be frank, I don't feel bhavika herself quitted the show.. you know what I mean.. the team also might have wanted to manage the budget!!

Exactly you watched only 2 mins BTS, she worked on that set with those people for 12 hours for 6 days...She knows it better and there is nothing wrong if some casts or makers are tired working for the show or are bored. Jab contract hota hai usme conditions hoti hai jo nahi fulfil Hui ye bhi sach hai.
At time of esha kansara unka contract badnaam ke wife ke jaisa tha ye unhone khud bataya tha bulbul jaise unka entry bich bich me hoga. Aur unhe break diya gaya for few episodes and bad me bulaya gaya tab esha mam ne mana kiya aur media me baat failayi thi which was very wrong. Savi sir ka samaj sakte hai that track wasn't utilised well isliye upset hona banata tha lekin esha mam was very wrong unka 20 din bad firse interview aya tha usme unhone khud kabol kiya tha jo hua galat hua.
Humara or bahot sahi hai. Gj ko 20 din ka 3 bar off mila hai baki logoko v 7-8 sin ka kitni bar mila even pankhuri mam. Can you imagine koinaur show without one of lead like bade acche without nakul for 20 days or albela without shaheer yet ms done that successfuly 1st is our cast our team is very good and pr also good that it gave break

But recently MS is something going on and off.Many interesting characters and storyline came but ended disruptly. I love MaddamSir alot It's a very unique and mind-blowing show but here I also agree with shilpa that the direction team than from starting and vs now the direction team is making no sense in the story sometimes but the direction that time hemen sir was perfect in everything when the new characters were joining the show and they were not leaving the show in between but now whenever a new comer comes they make the character to stay away from show in between the working story like Mira was came and they stopped her story in between and not showed anything!!

I believe this is the most honest interview. Shilpa said exactly what I have been feeling about since last few months. Everyone including makers, writers, director and mostly the cast are kind of lost interest from the show, and it shows quite clearly from the quality of each episode. Directions, writing and especially editing have gone on toss... It is actually good for everyone that they are getting break and I really wish they come back with freshness with the same quality of the show that used to be till few months ago. I really feel bad about some fans bashing Shilpa for this interview, you people watched 2 mins BTS and this lady a actually worked on that set for 12 hous for 6 days... Obviously she knows it better.
