My friend complained about this kind of music/concepts in general not going viral or mainstream, but I don’t think it’s necessarily a bad thing. That way, only the people who really enjoy it know about it and it doesn’t become polluted by fake fans and people who pretend to love it only because everyone else does. It stays pretty low key, that’s what makes it cool and special tbh.
