Was it from before Senzawa? I know her since then but not before that and yea as she is with hololive she can't talk about her past nor does she want people to talk about it but I think you are being a bit too sensitive. It's not like she hates her past, she is just being professional about it, once she graduates just like Kson she will have more freedom about stuff like that and we are as an outsider aren't tied to any rules since this is a third party channel and not related to Hololive in any way
Hololive have a lot of rules and guideline but they also give the most resource and support hence they become the biggest Vtuber agency, so it is a double-edged sword. This is why although I love the talent that they brought out, I still prefer Nijisanji or Vshojo as a company and the community around it.
