I am not sure about the size of base jar of blender B model and premier model. You can match the size of both if the size and design is same then you can use.

apko iske spares kisi badi city me hi mil payenge. ye parts easily nhi milte. aap company ko mail b kar sacte ho iske regarding but due to pandemic response acha nhi milega.
