Love your programming Kieren. I’ve been using your 1 on 1 coaching for about six months now and am stronger than I’ve ever been. My BJJ game has improved and I’ve stayed injury free. Only some soreness and minor tweaks here and there, and I’ve been rolling hard. I also love BJJ strong online. Keep up the great work my man!

I've got a few videos on the topic and a 30-day mobility series that I highly recommend you you check out. More mobility will never hurt haha! Thank you for the suggestion

Damn bro that sucks. This is not medical advise but I’ve seen people hold a tennis ball in their injured hand during training to avoid the temptation to grip and train through hand or finger sprains. It may not work in this case but if you’re desperate to train it could be an option to try
