- This is a taste test/review of Crumbl Cookies in five varieties including Strawberry Crumb Cake, Cannoli, Cookies & Cream, Peanut Butter w/Reese’s Pieces and Cinnamon Square. They were provided to us free from Crumbl!

The last time I ordered breakfast for work from a coffee shop they didn’t have it ready when I scheduled the order to be picked up… they said it would be about a half hour wait… it turned out to be about 15 minutes but they gave me a 20% off discount and a voucher for a free breakfast and coffee… I told them it wasn’t necessary but they said they’d rather have me leave satisfied and come back than lose me as a customer… some places have amazing customer service!!!and to be honest the food was so good it was worth waiting for… I’d go back regardless… but it’s nice to be valued as a customer…

I'm so happy that the Cannoli finally hit stores! They changed the name from the test offering which was cannoli cake. When I had it, the cookies were soft and plushy/cake like but firm enough for the filling. Looks like they may have changed the recipe. Hopefully I'll get to try it again this week.

I love watching y'all--I passed on this week and got my butt back in the gym, lol. Now for next week, please just say they're all terrible so I can avoid the sugar, calories and uh...diabetic coma, lol!!!

if you love cannoli, the cookie will be a disappointment!! sadly...i was hoping for it to be amazing, but way too much cinnamon and the cream was a different texture than cannoli cream. not bad but definitely not "cannoli"

I was surprised that the cinnamon square was a upcharge of 50 cents. I wonder why they decided to do upcharge route? To me it looks like a cinnamon cake with frosting.
Crumbl is testing out savory hand pies in Utah which have various filling such as bacon and cheese, ham and cheese, and BBQ pulled pork. That kinda scares me because Crumbl should stick to cookies and not stray further in savory. The hand pies are shipped to the stores frozen and baked so it's not made in house.
Maybe the 50 cents helps cover the cost of the pan? I’m not sure.
I think its nice to explore new flavors. some people may enjoy a savory option from time to time. Just something fun to try one time. I'm interested to see what they create.😊

@@TamiDunn and the irony is that the pan is not even colored pink! Also it looks like to me disposable one time use pan.

The cinnamon Square looks great and definitely getting value for money in terms of size. That would be my choice. I hope this isn’t the start of them charging more for some cookies. Thanks for the review.

I would eat all of these... maybe avoiding the Strawberry, as I would want Strawberry... but I am going ham on the PB with Reese's Pieces and the Cannoli...

Hi guys!! Just thinking about that story you said about what happened at the store maybe they cut corners to catch up and just made that vanilla base cookie no strawberry flavoring lol🤣that’s what I was thinking but it’s still good!! I got crumble cookies once and I never went back because they are so good and dangerous 😮even though I’m dying to try more!! I won’t allow myself! You can’t just buy one cookie you need 4😜

For me personally, the sandwich cookies haven’t been ones I would buy again.
I love cannolis so I was excited to see they have a new cookie flavor after it. I wonder if the cookie was meant to be harder to mimic a cannoli shell
It has cinnamon which is different from authentic cannolis we have tried. The cookies themselves are very dry.
I was excited to try the cinnamon square! I decided not to get the strawberry or cannoli after watching your review. I loved the cinnamon square! Not as good as a Cinnabon though. The Reese’s was great too! Thank you for your input!

After your taste tests of these cookies do you freeze them since they're so high in calories per serving, or do you eat them right away ?
We eat the one we like best right away, but I can tell you they freeze great.
I found out about Crumble today and was looking for vids to figure out what to order. Landed on this one only to lose interest in Crumbl fast. It wasn't until you guys said that a cannoli isnt all that sweet that revamped my interest lol. It told me all I needed to know about your sweet tooth level. To me a trad. cannoli is very sweet but I can also handle very sweet things. I just have to eat them in smaller bites. Great video. It was very fair and I am still interested in Crumbl.

I'd probably choose peanut butter this week on your recommendation though the cookies and cream excited me at first glance with all those interesting hard crunchy textures going on . I love love love love cake but I think that crumble cookies should either stick to cookies or change their brand name . I don't know that I'd wait 2 hours though and it was very nice for you to come through for us anyway!
They are really branching out. They are testing savory items in Utah. It sounds like coffee shop type offerings without the coffee.

I've made cannoli sandwich cookies like that before! Smaller though... Lol.
Personally I'm not a fan of them over the taste/texture, not over of the lack of sweetness. I'd rather have a piece of lemon ricotta cheesecake... 😋 (Hey, that would make a good Crumbl cookie!)
My favorite one this week was the Cannoli. 2nd peanut butter, & 3rd cinnamon square. I wasn't fan of paying more the cinnamon square.
I know a lot of people will pay more the first time since it’s new, but I wonder how many people like it enough to purchase it again.
None of those sound great to me, but I like a lot of frosting like you guys. Might try Cannoli just because it's a sandwich cookie.
Maybe your Cannoli won't be as dry as ours was.
Question 🤔 have you ever gotten any stomachaches after eating any of the cookies? I’m suspicious because a lot of times they look underdone. We get them off and on and sometimes I feel a lil queasy after. I never ate a whole one so it’s not from eating too much. Thoughts?
We have never had any negative effects, but I eat raw dough all the time so maybe I’m used to it.

If I didn’t see this I’d pick the cookies n cream one… after seeing this I’d pick the og chocolate chip cookie… they should’ve called the new one a cinnamon cake square… like you suggested… I don’t like how companies are quick to charge extra for things when it benefits them but are ok with giving less and charging the same like when they did the donut cookie… or little Debbie’s heart shapes which are markedly smaller…

How disappointing! This looked like such a great lineup, but I want my strawberry to really taste like strawberry. I decided to order from Life's A Baatch instead this week. Thanks for the awesome reviews! I truly do wait to hear what you and Kevin have to say before I make decisions.

It seems like they were a little stingy with the frosting on the cinnamon square. it doesn't seem like they even went all the way through the edge

Your cinnamon square doesn't look as good as other reviewers. There's was soft & moist like a cinnamon roll. I'll definitely be getting the cinnamon square & the Cannoli.
They sell boxed cinnamon cake mixes. You could make a whole cake at home. This was the same thing.
They’re rebranding to Crumbl instead of Crumbl Cookies and they will have a lot of non cookie stuff coming out. The cookie in the name limits them too much
It will be different having savory options like a coffee shop.
That one cookie is half the recommended daily choloric intake, my goodness. Who really follows that anyway though except dieters?

The store opened four hours late? Oh dear. That isn't good. The cannolli one was the prettiest one to me.
They opened at 8AM but only had the chocolate chip cookies. Imagine going to McDonald’s for breakfast and they only having one option. It’s an issue unfortunately.
Completely unacceptable for the crew the night before to not have things prepped.
The Cookies & Cream would be a pass for me. I want a softer cookie.
I had high hopes for the Strawberry Crumb cake. That was a fail to not get any strawberry flavor. Cannoli’s are plain to me as well. I need more sweetness. I like the idea of doing it as a sandwich cookies.

These are plainer cookies for sure.
I’ve never had a cookie 🍪 from this place and probably never will unless it’s served at a party or something because if I want cookies I’m going to my mom’s and have her bake me some. Just saying.
