Hi bro, I can understand your frustration. I am not sure if I can give you much of insights in fact showroom managers also do not have idea abt Company strategy to expend its network. I am sure they will expend it but the pace would not be aggressive. Honda is in my opinion very slow in getting their complete line to India and do not see it improving any time soon. I will update in Q&A video soon once I have any more information 👍
bro i own a hness it's been 2 and half year I have never driven bike as soo called ride with love i raided like it's my keep atleast once the ABS kicks in when i take out my bike went ofroad in my village driven in rain for a hole long days but still except service cost no complain

My CB350 CLASSIC is manufactured in June 2024 but in the list that honda has sent to service centre my VIN/CHASSIS number is not included for camshaft issue. So not all bikes manufactured in June and July 2024 are affected for camshaft issue

My CB350 VIN is in Recall,I call Service center,they assured that in next Service due they will take care of this Recall ( free of cost) so no need to run Service center immediately. Honda hai to Bharosa hai.........

However if we see at the Honda website we can see that camshaft issue is mentioned for cb350 line up so not sure why there is this contradictory statements are made. Hi Bro, first check if your bike is under recall. If it is then call service centre and get more information abt the rectification. Honda team has not reached out to anyone so far in my knowledge hence it’s better to approach them.

And it shows that the bike is eligible for recall. So I came back without purchasing. The manufacturing month of the bike was 06/2024. What should I do next?
@rakeshcj3773 I will talk to the sales manager tomorrow. First I'll demand him to arrange latest stock but if he fails to do so, I'll make sure the he gets the parts replaced in front of me. Then i'll make the purchase because in my opinion recall is a normal thing and it shows that a brand cares for its customers even after sales.

The CB 350 has camshaft issue, how much major is this camshaft issue. This is actually good that honda has taken accountability and responsibility to get this sorted. How much this manufacturing defect will affect the bike performance coz even I have the same bike and reluctant to go for long rides.
Hi Saurabh, as mentioned in the video that I have been riding this bike now for 2000kms and have not seen any issues related to these two aspects. I am not fully sure abt speed sensor. This needs to be checked.
Me a highness owner since 2020, now completed 47k kms. Had 3 recalls in between including a major issue in engine. Was very much worried on my first recall since it was opening a part of engine, that too within 4 months of bike delivery. But take my word, honda did these recall issues very smoothly and my bike engine performance and smoothness is today as good as day one of its delivery. Must thank honda in identifying and boldly sorting out issues confidently. Thats why they are still the most reliable engine makers in this world.

Bhai meri bike ko bhi recall ko bulaya showroom valo ne. But after replacing the sensor the traction control symbol, ignition symbol and the abs symbol are not getting turned off while riding. Any suggestion by you?
Hi Bro, Only option is to take it back to service centre. Once they fix the issue take a test ride of good amount of kms. Then only take it back. Ideally Honda service team should be able to fix this problem.
Sir water se issue hota hai its been not even a month jab maine bike liya hai maine September mai he bike li hai after 3 days abs sensor bigad gaya hai aapne aap he tcs kicked in hota hai brakes Digital meter mai proper reading nhi aa rahi hai brake marne mai bhi dar lagta hai

What I know so far is that parts will be dispatched in October and rectification will start end of October or start of November.So nothing to worry but yes it will be good to get in touch with you nearest service centre.

Hi bro, it is not very explicit on Honda web page for recall campaign. However, it is mentioned that “ an improper manufacturing process being followed for the cam shaft may have led to an impact on the vehicle’s optimal functioning”.

Current lot of bikes are unaffected so nothing to worry about. However do check your VIN in the link shared. That will give you clarity.
