Tesla Model 3/Y Frunk / Bonnet LED Light Upgrade

Due to the minimal light in the frunk of my Tesla, I've added some LED lighting.
Pretty easy to do, even with my minimal DIY skills.

Please note, this is the way I did my mod.. I didn't cut off any 12v power or anything like that as I wasn't stripping any wires etc, just crimping them. It worked fine. I take no responsibility blah blah... (basically you're following the instructions of someone whose RUclips videos are mainly of him getting shot on Call of Duty)
1) Cut power supply adaptor off the LED rope, leaving as much wire as possible.
2) Feed the red & black wires into the wire connector. Crimp down, (takes some force - pliers etc)
3) Run the LED rope around the underside of the rubber seal and cut where needed, there are cut marks on the rope. (Remnants can be used elsewhere, but wire would need to be soldered onto the rope)
4) Take off the 'frunk button' cover by reaching down to the bottom and pulling it out / away. It comes off quite easily, but beware as the power wire is attached to the back of it.
5) Carefully remove the tape / sheath off the 3 wires. The purple wire is for the frunk release, so don't touch this.
6) Place the other two wires across the connector. Grey goes to Black, Orange goes to Red. Crimp down.
7) If you've taken as long as I did to do this, nothing will happen at this point and you'll think that you've failed miserably. Press the frunk release button and hopefully you'll have light!
8) Replace the cover. This might take a little bit of time arranging the wires / connector so that they don't get in the way. There are 3 tabs on the bottom of this cover, slip these in first, then with a bit of pressure the cover should go back on.

Which wire is positive+, which is negative-? Gray or Yellow?
