Hmong history was so sad, but why are we still not getting alone these days? we are far from being as one Hmong, love each other. These days we are like dogs and cats. so many groups of Hmong claiming that their group are the one going to lead Hmong to a better future. Why can we just work together for the better? No doubt perhaps we were involved in the building of the Great Wall during the Qin Dynasty. We were a very small minority that did not have a significant effect in China's history. Our interactions with China only had a major impact on ourselves hence the isolated heroic/suffering stories that is past down from the elders. Overall the Hmong did not care about ruling a country nor abide by any ruling leader. We were a nomadic tribe just " passing by" as we love to roam the world and would only stay if the climate was advantageous to us. We are"Free" like the some say, "Hmong means free". That is why until this day we don't like being "ruled" hence we have no leader it can't find it in ourselves to have a "steady home" We go where it is most advantageous for us, like to "migration to mn", the migration to raise chickens, and now the marijuana phase. Perhaps it's a survival mode that we are also in due to whatever happened in our time in China... There's a lot to be opinionated here but for now let's just say this: We like to be "free" and we assimilate very well. We don't mind incorporating other cultures into our own, cause we don't hate...

This is true across all nations, cultures etc.... if it was so well documented the Hmong would know exactly where they originated and what really happened to them heck it might even answer the all time question, " why the Hmong do not have a country?" Hmong history was so sad, but why are we still not getting alone these days? we are far from being as one Hmong, love each other. These days we are like dogs and cats. so many groups of Hmong claiming that their group are the one going to lead Hmong to a better future. Why can we just work together for the better? Maybe one day we will, I still have hope.

No doubt perhaps we were involved in the building of the Great Wall during the Qin Dynasty. We were a very small minority that did not have a significant effect in China's history. Our interactions with China only had a major impact on ourselves hence the isolated heroic/suffering stories that is past down from the elders.
Overall the Hmong did not care about ruling a country nor abide by any ruling leader. We were a nomadic tribe just " passing by" as we love to roam the world and would only stay if the climate was advantageous to us.
We are"Free" like the some say, "Hmong means free".
That is why until this day we don't like being "ruled" hence we have no leader it can't find it in ourselves to have a "steady home" We go where it is most advantageous for us, like to "migration to mn", the migration to raise chickens, and now the marijuana phase.
Perhaps it's a survival mode that we are also in due to whatever happened in our time in China...

This is true across all nations, cultures etc.... if it was so well documented the Hmong would know exactly where they originated and what really happened to them heck it might even answer the all time question, " why the Hmong do not have a country?"
I'm not a historian so all I can do is speculate. I believe that the Chinese would only document our us as a small minority that once lived there because our encounters with them are insignificant. We weren't like the Qi, Hans, wei, Zhao, Chu etc....
