LITERALLY what I just have done! I was taking an anti anxiety medication and gained 10 lbs overnight. Now I’m up to 30 and been off of it for 6 weeks and now seeing weight loss. Just talked to my doctor for a new prescription yesterday because I thought I would be ok……I realize now I have to take something. So here’s to bettering ourselves and trying some new ish out 😂❤

I was on anxiety meds for a long time. I stopped drinking caffeine and saw a HUGE change in my anxiety. It was literally kicking me into a spiral everyday. Might wanna consider switching to decaf. That’s just my experience. Also welbutrin is great, but (i know you don’t drink, but other people watching you might) you absolutely can not drink alcohol with it. I love you girl!

You will love the Wellbutrin…the first week is a bit of a tease, the energy you get will taper off. But it does keep water weight down for sure
I’ll be anxious to hear how you do with the Wellbutrin. I tried Zoloft and also Paxil and both of them had weight gain and I just didn’t feel good and I had profuse sweating on the Zoloft. So I’m curious to see how the Wellbutrin works for you. I know I need help with, depression and anxiety but you know when I gain weight it makes my depression 10 times worse so you know
I can not take welbutrin (sp) I ended up in The ER. But good luck hun!

Welbutrin worked so good for me. After 26 days i had an allergic reaction. It def helped with my weight loss. I’m so sad i was allergic ! It worked so so well but it put me in the er from the delayed reaction. I noticed the change in me within 7 days of being on it. I felt life finally i am feeling myself. My body reacting to it, made me so super sad bc it actually worked 😢. I wish u success on it ! A wonderful drug !
