这真是非常清楚的讲解，很多人只讲方法不给材料，其实有些材料很不好，zoe真是良心up主了。
我用chatgpt 通过生成coca前2万高频词的dialogue,分成330个左右的5分钟的小段(对话有一定的逻辑性)，通过Anki每天固定复习，已经半年了，用这个来训练听力和提升词汇量，坚持半年了，效果还行。但是缺少输出，现在正在琢磨着输出的计划。

最近也开始跟着姐的规划来重学英语了，我也是闲的，就突然想总结一下从我个人来看，当初学不好英语的一些原因，一方面，是我个人性格内向，而且小孩子那会儿，更不敢用英语交流，导致信心就不够，觉得学了也用不了，就是考试。另一方面，90后那一辈的老师，绝大部分都是手底下见真章，好一些的也是有错的地方各种挖苦你，本来一开始学习底子都差不多，但是对于内向的人来说，受不了老师的指责，怕错，本着少做少错的原则，就放弃了英语，就算后边再想加劲儿，也因为前边的没学会，跟不上了，然后继续因为上诉原则，又放弃了。所以感觉正向回馈真的好重要啊😢

我最先在中国时候, 学英国音, 后学美国音. 其实两种大同小异. 两种都应该学会. 英美人之间没有听不懂的. 只是听不懂沉重的中国英语.
