Coffee Shops in Manizales

My travelers, we are back with another video and we continue to visit some incredible places in Manizales that not many people know even the "manizaleños"
This time we did a tour through different coffee shops in the city where not only you can find some really nice coffee but also some cool methods and recipes and the locations are also amazing.
We started around "El Cable" visiting first Caferatto Café Especial where we had an experience with our barista having our coffee made on our table, while we listen to Juan David the owner who told us the story of the coffee and how he wants to give recognition to the coffee farmers.
We then continue to Pasion del Cielo that has an incredible view of the entire city plus a very good and refreshing cold brew coffee.
After we had a good conversation and the night came down we drove to the historic center to visit La Azotea Rooftop to have Manizales' signature coffee recipe call "Un Manizaleño" which has some very unique characteristics from the region, and an amazing cheesecake with Nutella trust me it was really good and with that, we end the night.
On the next day, we started in Tazzioli cafe a coffee shop inside of one of the terraces of the cathedral a very unique and incredible spot with a lot of history, good coffee, good food, good people and great views, special thanks to Mauricio for teaching us about the history of the cathedral and "Un Manizaleño" while being so kind and welcoming.
After the cathedral, we went to El Dauntaun also in the historic center with great service, music, and some cool ways to drink coffee like the Irish coffee I had.
And finally, we drove to Chipre to Solana Coffee to see a very rare machine, apparently, there are only about 3 of them in #colombia, they can print a picture on your coffee which is pretty cool.

Hi David, in Colombia we have both decaf and tea, however, I would say that still many Colombians prefer a fresh cup of coffee from one of our many small coffee farms, it all comes to what you like and prefer, remember that you can follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok to see more content of Colombia
