Hey Joe and Sue! 👋 Great video! I'm heading to the ABC Islands on Holland America and will be at Bonaire on 11/22 23 Curacao the 23rd and Aruba on the 24th as part of my 10 day trip. We sail out 11/17 out of FLL. The water and atmosphere at Sorobon Beach looks AMAZING?? Bath water like you said!Wow? I'm looking for crystal clear waters sand no rocks etc. I saw another vid talking about Ocean Oasis too in Bonaire. I'll be at Half Moon Cay Bahamas on 11/18 and I remember that water super clear but I guess Sorobon will even be better! And I love it's only 15 mins via taxi! Any info on Aruba beaches or Curacao? I haven't been to Aruba in over 16 yrs and remember Eagle Beach. Never been to Curacao. Thanks for any info and great job! New Sub👍
The water in Bonaire is amazing! It’s snorkeling & scuba diving paradise. There just a few rocks when you first enter the water, but it really wasn’t anything too noteworthy. And, yes… Sorobon beach is 15 minutes away from the cruise port and I think taxi fare was only $10.00 per person. We are actually going back in July, 2025. If you are interested, there is a beach club that we wanted to visit in Bonaire, but they were sold out by the time we got off the ship. Try looking at Chogogo (chogogobonaire.com), which is pretty quick cab ride away from the port too, but you gotta get there early. Arashi Beach in Aruba is beautiful and worth a visit. When visiting Aruba I highly recommend either renting a car or a “good UTV” and go exploring. The island is super easy to navigate. Mambo beach in Curacao is supposed to be beautiful, but unfortunately, after having far too much sun on Bonaire we elected to stay out of the sun in Curacao and ended up just wandering around downtown Willemstad instead. @TravelWithSueJoe Hey Joe and Sue! Wow! Thanks for your great reply! So sorry as did not see it after I got back from my trip! It was AMAZING! Sorobon beach was GREAT! Clear waters yep little rocks as you enter but not bad! I wore my water shoes as I normally do anyways! I did go to Mambo Beach in Curacao which was just BEAUTIFUL! Also went to Moomba beach in Aruba! Again another great beach! Yes I never got to the other one you mentioned Arashi Beach in Aruba but will definitely check it out! I liked how Moomba had lots of restaurants and bars and chairs etc that were super close to the water. No drop off etc everything was walk in ready to the water. I did walk about Curacao later at night as had till 10pm on our Holland America Eurodam cruise. Great town with shops and restaurants! Also Bonaire was AMAZING! Loved the vibe there too! Great you guys are back in July 2025. Are you doing Holland America or ABC Islands? I hope to get back near the same time! Holland America wants me back as I won in the casino. They want their money back. Lol!🙂 Well I'm sure I'll be taking advantage of the Balcony offers they giving me as this cold weather in Philly has been overwhelming! Thanks for the info! Yep! I ALWAYS wear suntan lotion 50+ and always hat as well! Hope I catch you guys out there on your next cruise! Have FUN!
