It all looks great!! I have over 30 everyday RD mugs and many holiday ones...lol..I'm obsessed with Rae Dunn.
I need to hunt for the holiday ones!!! I have ZERO Halloween or Christmas :( STL is a hard place to find the good stuff. I lucked out and found Vday and a MOM one for Mother's Day. Cocoa, is good for Christmas I guess. I'm still going to be on the hunt!

Wish I had room to have a coffee bar. This is gorgeous and so creative.
Don't need a big spat..it can be done one a small space if you take time to find the right pieces of furniture.

Hey Shannon absolutely love your coffee bar I am in the process of making my own and I have to say I'm very proud of myself it's looking really good made my own chalkboard and my husband was amazed that I pulled that off it's a really huge one it's about the size of your wall that you painted for your chalkboard anyway I wanted to know where you got that rug I want one to put in front of mine

I'm in love!! I cant believe how much this addition makes the wall look so much bigger than before. I wish I could have a coffee area just as beautiful but my boyfriend is a messy coffee maker. Coffee (he likes the instant stuff) & sugar all over the counter. lol I could always make my area a pretty no touch area. I just might just have to do that. Iol I'll keep you posted, hopefully with picks. :) Did you use special screws for your shelving or were they screwed into 2x4's? Also did you make your coffee table?

I watched this a couple of weeks ago. I will hope to do mine this weekend. I was wondering how you did the lighting.
We ran electrical up into the the lights (hard wired). but you can get puck lights with remotes (from Amazon) for a similar effect

Great Ideal for a coffee bar. I'm in a rental condo, I wouldn't be able to paint the wall in chalk paint any ideals what I can do instead, Maybe add a large chalk board? Thank you
Yes! Chalk paint some plywood and tack it up so you can remove it later
