I have the same problem with my 2011 Acura MDX. A miss fire on cylinder number 3, come to find out I have a burnt exhaust valve. It had a hole on the valve. I replace that one valve and the car drives fine. Good video. 👍

How much did it cost you to do that? Did it drive normally or could you feel that misfire?

@@carapprentice yes, is because of lack of value adjustment and burning oil.

Same thing with my 2012 mdx just found out i have a burnt valve on #3 tooand this oil consumtion shit sucks

😔 Having read about the 2010-2013 MDX's oil consumption issues, I probably would never buy one unless I got it cheaply.

Honda knows about the bad pistons and rings ...do a recall im within milage range and they still dont wanna fix it ...anyone want to joint together for a classaction lawsuit?

Yes, Honda/Acura has acknowledged an issue with the 2010-2013 MDX's. A tech on the MDXers.org forum said he does them semi-frequently.
