I learned in Japan to love paintings with blue shades of scenes . I love your painting. Be looking at painting video's because the way I do them takes time sitten in front of a canvas. I have so many hobbies that I wanted a quicker way to paint. This skips the blending with a brush. Thank you.😸🐾🐾🐾🐾💕
This is really cool Heather! I love that you used the long canvas instead of the square or slightly rectangle ones, it really adds to the final effect! Gorgeous!
The 3 point design...if you had green background and planned your placement if turned upside down would look like a evergreen tree...great xmas or winter time look...
Thank you, Karen! You can find the ball pull chain at walmart in the hardware section or your home improvement store in the fan and light section! Or you can just steal it from your bedroom fan like I did, lol 😉 Thanks so much for watching 😊🙏🎨
Miss Heather I got 1% on my phone I may not see it right you're my new teacher I'm following you everyday and I'm going to push like everyday I believe you're going to pull it off
Heather could you describe the consistency of the background color and the chain color? I have found that I seem to be pulling a little too much of the background color down when I’m pulling the chain. Also Home Depot and Lowe’s both sell packs of replacement ball chain in about 3 foot lengths. Makes it a bit easier when you can cut the long length into two or three sections. Find them in the lighting/ceiling fan area of the store
Lol, tough question! I got lucky with this one, considering this was the first chain pull I've ever done! As far as consistency, I would say mine is just a little thinner than I make it for my regular dirty pours... Like warmed up honey, not too thin.if. If you are dragging off too much paint, it is probably too thin so try a little thicker. Also, drag the chain slowly and easily so it doesn't dig into the paint too heavily and scrape the canvas... I hope this helps! Thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨

There was no silicone used in this one, just a really lucky outcome from using the artist's loft white flow acrylic and artist's loft phthalo blue paints (both mixed with just floetrol and a little chilled distilled water) 😂 I'm not sure I could get this result again if I tried! Lots of good luck and thanks for watching 🙏😊🍀🎨
It's about density of paint. Titanium white is heavier than all other paints, therefore it sinks creating beautiful patterns! Thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨
Nope, just got lucky! It's more about paint density and the floetrol I added to it - the white is heavier than the blue and floetrol promotes cell formation. Thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨
During the summer months, my paint would get too warm and wouldn't cooperate. Placing the paints in the fridge definitely wasn't the answer so I tried putting my distilled water in there and this was a game changer! I have not ever used sink water again 😊 Thanks for watching 🙏🎨🍀
Wow, that is spectacular! And you made me laugh as I WAS that person shouting at the screen willing you to stop as it looked so brilliant about halfway through, then you actually SAID about everyone probably yelling at you! However, you proved us all wrong by continuing and making it look even better with more pulls. Great job.
This is so awesome! Now you’ll either have to stand on a chair to turn on the fan, or go to Menard’s (ad on your video 😆) to buy another chain-cuz you know you’ll be doing it again! 👍🏼
Since there wasn't silicone added to the paint, the cells/lacing come from the different weights of the paints, the white is generally heavier than most other colors, especially when using titanium white. Thanks for watching!
Hi Pamela! I'm so excited to hear you are interested in this painting! Please email me at heatherwright521@yahoo.com and we can discuss! I usually take a while to post works to my website so it would probably be a while 😣 Thank you 💚💜💙 Thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨
Thanks for the inspiration for my Flower Garden! Love this! Why chilled distilled water? Does the chilling of the distilled make a difference? Dioxazine Purple and Magenta would be stunning! Must try! at 11:19 at the bottom right, I can see a man's head, he's wearing sunglasses and is pointed left. I love how this turned out! Was there silicone or just floetrol? Thanks for sharing!
Thank you! No silicone in this one and yes, in the warmer months I found keeping the distilled water cold actually does help with a successful pour! Thanks so much for watching 🙏 😁 🎨
The description area contains my GENERAL FORMULA FOR MOST POURS because people are always asking what my formula is. I always try to say in the videos if I deviate from this written formula, that's why I say no silicone in the video. Hope this helps to clarify! Thanks for watching 🙏😊🎨
Thank you 💚💜💙 Maybe try pouring as much paint as you can off the canvas first, sounds like you may have a little too much... Thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨
Wow it looks like a lace tablecloth, just beautiful ❤❤
I am flooded with ideas! Thank you for sharing. 💐
Wonderful! Thanks so much for watching 🙏 😊 🎨

Many craft places, that sell jewelry type of items, will have spools of chain to select from. The dollar store is also another good place.
Thank you! Thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨
Love that. Coast flower was wow!! Thanks for sharing
That's an awesome work of art! Thanks for sharing!
I tried it! Thanks for great directions!
I made the background a pewter/blue to hopefully match my new decor.
I tested with and without silicone.
Woyld love to see the results! Thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨
Yep. That’s why I like chain as you get the frilly edge on the flower👍

Very nice!
Thank you! Thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨
pretty nice, many people ask me for black and white paintings, so i could try this technique in black and white :)
That turned out way cool, truly beautiful!!!
Thank you so much! Thanks for watching 🙏😊🎨
Fantastic! I’ll be getting some ball chain, my chain pulls don’t have that edging, because my chain is smooth. Thank you for the video!
Truly beautiful!
Thank you Liz, thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨
LEAVE IT!!! Looks great
Thank you! Thanks so much for watching 🙏 😊 🎨
That is totally amazing.. I love it.. I got to try that.. I need to find a chain first lol thanku for sharing with us.
Thank you, Karen! You can find the ball pull chain at walmart in the hardware section or your home improvement store in the fan and light section! Or you can just steal it from your bedroom fan like I did, lol 😉 Thanks so much for watching 😊🙏🎨

@@HeatherWrightArt Thank you! I'll keep trying!
You could always put a base coat down and let it dry first..
Beautiful! 😍 Love this one, blue is my favorite color!
Do l have to use silicone or can l just use Floetrol paint and water to get the same affect please

Beautiful and elegant
Thank you so much for sharing. I will certainly be trying is out. Did you mix a little gold into the white pain for the chain pull ?
Thank you, Angelene 💚💜💙 Nope, no gold, just white on blue background... But that sounds like a great idea! Thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨
Very cool!
Thank you 💚💜💙 Thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨
Great! I love it.
Magnifique bravo
Thank you! Thanks so much for watching 🙏 😊 🎨
This is Really Cool. I Loved💓
They have chains at home depot for 3ft for 3$ . you can cut them since you don't need it that long for your paintings.
Love the painting👍❤
Getting ready to try this....could you please give the ratio of paint to flotrol & water????
Thank you! I don't measure anything but if I had to I would say about 2 oz. paint, 1 to 1 1/2 oz floetrol, small amount of water.
Thank you Heather....mine turned out fantastic. Beautiful method and so easy 💖
Beautiful Heather!
Gorgeous!
You are an excellent art teacher.Beautiful extremely stunning work!
I am loving this.
Totally amazing you are so talented thank you for sharing with me please how long is the ball chain you use 🙀🙀🙀
About 3 feet. Thanks so much for watching 🙏 😁 🎨
Well how did you get the cells .would like to know

Leave it start another one ☺☺☺
I love it but everytime you picked up that chain I wanted to snatch it from you! 😄
I tried it but my bedroom light kept going on and off.
Love your art. 😁
Would like to see you do one with the last three small flowers at the top, increasing in size to have the largest flower at the bottom.???
Superb
Love, love, LOVE IT!
Did you add silicone into white paint?

Very nice chain pull!
Love love 💕!

I meant. Last flower was wow!
Why the "chilled" water?

How about a sporting goods or Military Surplus store for bulk beaded dog tag chain? Waiting is waiting but editing is editing ;-)
Good idea! Thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨

My pleasure.
Gorgeous! Where did the cells come from?

Simply georgous!
I would be interested in this one. Will it be on your website?

That is truly amazing Heather. Would love to try it. Thanks for sharing your ideas with everyone.
What size chain do u use?
This is just a piece of ceiling fan chain (I swiped it from my bedroom ceiling fan!) about 2 feet long... Thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨
Hi...you said in the video no silicone but in your description area you said one drop of silicone.....just wondering which...thx

Nope. Not for this painting. Thanks so much for watching 🙏 😁 🎨
leave it as is , it's great
I was yelling to stop with the first one. That was awesome. It turned out great! What size canvas?
10" by 20" I believe... Thanks so much for watching 🙏 😁 🎨
That is lovely. On my strings pours, my base drowns my pills. Job well done.
Thank you 💚💜💙 Maybe try pouring as much paint as you can off the canvas first, sounds like you may have a little too much... Thanks so much for watching 🙏😊🎨
