Tamheed Lil Fawda (Prelude to Chaos) is an experimental electronic psychedelic EP that explores the raw intensity of mania and creative transformation. The EP features bold sound design, deconstructed Egyptian Shaabi rhythms, and oriental maqams like Rast and Bayati, blending traditional influences with electronic textures and frequencies.
The project reimagines Shaabi instruments like cymbals and darabuka, transforming them into new forms that reflect the energy of the manic phase, where creativity peaks and evolves. As both a standalone concept and a prelude to the upcoming LP, Tamheed Lil Fawda captures the tension between chaos and control in a constantly evolving soundscape.
