The best tune on the DK Nyarko album in terms of string-organ orchestration...one of Agya Osae's stand out performances on the rhythm guitar. Nice organ work by Paa Frank. As usual, magic lyrics to make you cry from the great one...the best ever musician yet produced in Ghana in my estimation.
This is one of Nana’s songs I love so much. In this song Nana exhibited his knowledge of the bucolic and parochial Akan language which is sexy, melancholic and dolefully sung. Only few Kwahu people may have that knowledge now. The name Santewaa for Asantewaa tells it all.
This is my favourite song of all ur songs NaNa Ayikoo Mo he adwumapa This song reminds me of my late sister Gladys Ama Annor Who suddenly died at the age of 16 in 2013. I can't control my tears whenever I play this song on my phone
Nana, oh nana , why do you sing this sorrowful song , I'm crying, Oh . I all the time ask, why did we come to this world as humans and what's it for if we gonna die and go back ! can somebody help with the asnwer ? hmm !

Uncle Mo that is an understatement
I don't know why you refuse to mention the bassist here, as he holds everything together with that infectious baseline!!!
I wonder ooo!
@@paulkusi1118 you are absolutely right. This song gives me goosebumps each time I get back to listen.
@@thehumbleone6606He is always terrific on the bass guitar... what is his name now (I forget)
