every time i do it and go through the portal all the doors dont open. is there a reason why? i've redone it mutliple times throughout a span of a couple days and the problem reoccured each time.

No, locations are the same for everyone, or i'm just lucky lol

You're lucky, locations not only are random but the game may be a fucking d*** and not spawn all 10 crystals
