Rocksmith only goes down to C tunings (Drop C# Also Known As Drop Db in game, Drop C, C# Standard & C Standard), while this song as Drop B I believe. So that might be the reason. Here's hopeful if they do ever make a new Rocksmith, Low B, A, G & F tunings will also be available by default.
