Perkins A4. 212 diesel engine. Ca 63 HP Cab built in Norway 1974 oil brakes 4gears 2 series Extra hydraulic cylinder Need new tachometer and amp-meter. Filming on my farm, in Telemark Norway.
One of the best tractors IH made was the 62 hp 475. It had the same Perkins A4. 212 engine! Apparently it would easily outpull the next model up, The 68 hp IH 574 which had the IH 4.239 (gutless).

@mikefoxo The difference between the dry brake axle end the oil brakes is that dry brakes looks like the rear axle from an MF 35. Just look at a picture of a MF 65, that's the same dry brakes like the early 165.
can anyone tell me how to spot the difference between dry and oil immersed brakes? I know it's something to do with the shape of the rear axle but not too sure
@ussa100 engine oil goes in the cap with the long neck infront of fuel injector pump look at the 2 min mark, gear box/ back axel oil goes in the big plug/nut beside the gear leavers.

du je har en massey 185 som helle hydrall systeme er byta på men nor je har noe bak på løfte armene så blir de vibrationer er de de på din å?
@Raggie93 The RPM are not so high, its just bad sound qality and resonance in the cab.
Never seen one here with a cab in the states.Like it though. Been out in too much bad weather on an open tractor
