I did a CF job in Dermatology, rather than as a specialty doctor. As Dermatology is an outpatient based specialty, you don’t really get any ward based jobs and you get a lot of time in clinics.

Internal medicine is 3 years but you can apply after year 2.

Definitely, get your GMC license to practise medicine in the UK first. Afterwards, you can consider applying to Dermatology jobs.

Unfortunately, having this isn’t sufficient to become a dermatologist in UK. You need to check GMC for further guidance.
