Hi till now there is NO ANY REPLY from IRCC.I have fax and also send documents by post last week and they received it. When I get any response from them I will let u know. Thank you

Client iD is UCI number it can be found on your older visa or use the old PR card number

Hey Mohd, this form is used to change the address. I Don’t think it has option to show or mention other previous addresses.
