Spent the morning hiking with my DIL ..... 10,000 steps OMG😮my first time back on a mountain in 2 years and my calves feel like I've been skiing all day 🤣🤣 She leaves on the 11th to go back to Romania for 3 months so I'm trying to spend as much time with her before she goes. I rub vick in to my daughter toenail and the toenail is getting back to normal it has many properties to it's use. The bird collages you did was amazing, and I don't know if you watch 49 dragonflies another Barbara who is from Vienna, but she doesn't like mess on her hands and she wears disposable gloves so that's a thought for you. I think it's a wonder rub and yes, it can be used for so many things. My mom kept a large jar and she smeared it on me whenever she could to help me with a cold, etc. I like that much more than those awful mustard plasters you'd place on my chest when I had pneumonia or other congestion.
