I think this tournament clearly shows how mechanically good TSM is when it comes to these clutch moments.
Hal is a beast, but he is not the most tactical player. They are the best when it comes to these fights, but Hal rly needs to allow other decisions to be made. Sometimes you can literally see how he sees that one opportunity and tunnel visions on it. (No hate or sth, it happens to everyone) But sometimes listening instead of pushing for that one idea would make some plays even greater I believe.
Competetive Apex is rly enjoyable to watch in my opinion, but it’s still a young game, so there are multiple ways of reaching the goal.
Agree but in this game. All the yelling plays happens so fast that there must be one guy who pushes a plan hard and everyone else follows.
It's the heat of the moment.
I do find hal's vibe annoying af but whenever I watch his pub streams. He doesn't shout as much as algs or other tourneys
@@KrayK I don't think Hal is annoying, the banter or the yelling is just a way of being hyped and going all out. What I mean is, that Hal is calling the shots mainly and his plans get prioritised. I personally think that he is a great player and that he could play more freely if he wouldn't have to be the main caller. But I think he would never stop being the IGL, because this is just how he is atm. In general TSM played a good series, getting 3rd in that lobby is rly hard and they had some great games. I was just missing that final bit of decision making, that would have been the difference.
Lol i love how Snipe gets bossed around by someone half his age.
Man, Game 7 Hal should've listened to snipe. They had to take height at least they would have a 50% percent chance of wining rather than falling back to that rock and 100% lose that game
7:40 Boomer Snipe having Halo flashbacks
You guys were playing a little off but you still did good keep getting better hal watch you all the time
2:23
Alex standoff?
Why he doesn't use singlefire hemlok
Hal agressive callouts gets him killed as well as his team stick to passive plays my guy snipedown may have surpassed him in callouts
although i've watched over 100videos of HALs',i still feel like he's the best"normal player',i have no idea about how i could just get the thought but ,that's ture right?he's trash talk ,he's yelling style,he's over-normal pro aiming ,all the shits just prove that he is normal even with almost all the winners of the big events in APEX ,XD guys do you agree or get my opinion.
Snipe and hal need to figure something out .1 guy needs to say what they need to do and that's it .
love TSM they're insane but they're calls are 😂
Hal gave them height in last game they nrg didn’t had a octane they took hals pad to height
Did you win tho. 🤔
If you didn't get rickrolled by Monsoon you would have come 1st as well
Yo can someone tell me I am not crazy, TSM is EASILY top 3 teams to ever play this game and its in large part to Hal calling the shots on the team, this dude knows how to win games. Can someone justify how a casual in the game who probably cant even get plat in ranked(as if ranked meant anything in tournaments) thinks they can give Hal tips on to play? Like there is no way there are this many lost people in the comments criticizing gameplay when there are factors that you people cant even comprehend let alone evaluate. Yes obviously they should have taken high ground in that last game and they would have won but it didnt happen, just chill
Hal’s gunna look back on these times and be embarrassed for acting like a bratty little kid
Holy shit, you really think the most successful Apex pro is gonna look back and be embarrassed because he is an aggressive shot caller?
When tsm didnt take the high ground final circle to get the best spot to win it all😂
Edit:
Me watching live stream: height?????
Snipedown: we needed to take height right there.
Everybody watching vod: nodding head
imagine if you listened to some of snipes calls. like that first fight ehs calling look left and youre screaming bloody murder over him for nothing. and then u make that dog shit call and get 19th lmao
snipe is so aware its nuts. and he fucking shreds.
But did you win though ?
no
i think nrg did
79 NRG, SF 75 and TSM 75
We are so fucki** fuc*
As annoying as it is, I miss the Octane meta :(
Should have took height at the end tbf, should listen to ya team more
