Easy Pineapple Dessert
Ingredients
• 1 can (20 oz.) Crushed Pineapple in Juice, undrained
• 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
• 1 cup thawed Whipped Topping ( I used an 8 oz carton of cool whip )
Instructions
1. Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix. Gently stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Sounds delicious and easy enough that you don't need to write it down. If you have any chopped walnuts on hand, that also could be added to this dessert to provide a little texture, but it sounds good the way it is. You take care.

Looking forward to trying this dessert since I love pineapple 🍍. I’ve only gotten around to watching this because my health has took a nose dive last couple of weeks. I just can’t seem to find energy in going. My legs & feet as well as the pinched nerve but I haven’t couldn’t even stay long enough to see my lung doctor Tuesday just how bad I have felt. Laura, yes the extra that we put in the refrigerator overnight was firm enough to work for a pie. I wouldn't make it to thick though.
