Now with the division of buyers broker representation and selling broker representation being much more transparant, is there any reason an individual who doesn't want a buyer's representation to fill this out as an individual and present to the selling broker to make an offer? Heck, I should even be able to ask for $$ concessions to cover my attorney review fees (aka - pay my attorney instead of a Realtor)???
If the buyer is using financing, the balance should be: purchase price - EMD - financing amount.

I use my imac to record the screen, and my camera to film me. Then I take the 2 separate video files and combine them in Davinci Resolve
