Honestly if you want to be trapping i recommend just getting counters done and work on some artifacts. Dont push your gear, bot will catch it anyway and if its too good you wont be getting hit. Budget depends on if you want to rush things or not, you can easily work on counters and artifacts at the same time spending less than 30-50$ a month
It depends on what your kingdom is, when building up artifacts go to smaller kingdoms with a kingdom wheres there's no max champs, when your artifacts are good then u can go to kingdoms with big guilds.
