There's a portamento and slide option on the top left of the FL Studio menu. The instruments you're using seem to be able to utilise this feature. -Pardon me, I just read the description, and saw you couldn't add them to MIDI sounds, sorry.-
Yeah they're supposed to work on the piano roll in general but they don't do anything for my instruments unfortunately. They work fine on the default sounds, though.
