I think e wave clear is too good into hwei especially that matchup, you can see pobelter looking to spam push waves with qe and then look for combos on him after that. I think dun's logic is if I can push faster than hwei, I'll get my hex stacks faster and I can evolve q or w. me personally I'm almost always maxing e first unless its an assassin/fighter like yone/yas/talon/qiyana/etc then I go q max otherwise e max then w or q (q if enemy team is short ranged, w if they are longer ranged). thouuuughts???!
Grounded is really fucking good, but Viktor W takes like a billion years to cast so it's probably balanced tbh. If champs like Lucian or Trist aren't dashing out of that before they get grounded they are drooling on themselves.

I’ve played with cut down aery fr, it does the same amount of damage at the end of the game as Aery, 1800 extra damage from both every time
