“Simple” things like this really intimidate me. It’s not that I don’t think I can do it. I just feel really uncomfortable in some positions and I don’t want to cause pain or discomfort because I know that I never let my stylist know when they’re hurting me!

You can’t control causing pain/discomfort if they aren’t willing to tell you! I just always ask if someone has a sensitive head, but at the end of the day, a hair appointment only last so long! It’s not like they will be in pain all day! :)
