Hey Ana, they're all downstrokes, except one upstroke at the end of each bar after the 4th beat but before the next bar begins. Upstroke on the '&' note, if you count 1, 2, 3, 4 &...1, 2, 3, 4 &... I've probably not explained this very well, but hopefully this'll help if you watch the clip again a few times!
