Am 29, lost dad 13 years ago too. Focus more on the happy times you had with him and pursue the things you know would have made dad proud. I knew he loved it when I got A+s and behaved in a noble manner so I excelled in my studies all the way to masters level (had a distinction in my final paper) and I behaved in a manner that makes people close and strangers respect me (confident, meticulous, a woman who knows what she wants yet she is full of integrity and isn't swayed by peer pressure because she knows who she is - a woman of high value, and I grew my emotional intelligence facet).
He was also a very caring person so I found myself developing a huge heart of helping people, so I help out without expecting anything in return (it makes me smile when I see someone else smile) and it's shaped me into the woman I would have still been if he was here. Our dads may not be physically present but let's make them proud by letting their characters be a positive influence on us. It would be sad if they would look at us now and see us sobing and unable to move on with life. They were not gods, life happened and it will happen to us too one day. The key is to focus on the positive 😉👊🏾

I miss my friends. They all left me behind, forgot about me, stopped talking to me, basically made me feel invisible. Only one of those friends still talk to me, but she's rude, mean, and aggressive. I have huge red marks on my arms from her. I never knew how to truly be happy until I met my 2 new best friends. One of them is super nice, she invites me to great places, and is really funny. The other is sweet, funny, and the best person on this earth, and he is also the only person I've ever had a crush on. My day instantly gets better the second he starts talking to me or smiling at me. He always hangs out with me, looks over at me in class, and makes the funniest jokes with me. I've always loved hanging out with him, but he's changing schools next year, I just hope he doesn't leave me behind like all my other friends did.
