Whatever you do, do not buy it through DHGate. They will send you a version which lacks most of the functions and has a propietary connector...a strange two-pin thing and not the usual micro USB.
Some of the controls are not overly intuitive but after fiddling with it for awhile, you can work things out. The manual is a bit hard to read (to say the least) as the type is extremely small and the information minimalistic. The band is tight on my wrist, being a grown man.

It fits me perfectly, but yea, it's not adjustable and nothing I find in the advertizing tells you anything about it's internal diameter. - facepalm - Overall, it does what I need it to, but it's a major disappointment. One of my biggest beef's with it is the fact that I can't just LOOK at it and see the time. I have to use my OTHER hand to press the button to get it to show up. - facepalm again - It may have some features that regular watches don't have, but whoever thought that GIVING UP regular watch functions (like a chronograph, alarm, or just being able to switch from military time to regular time display) was a F***ing idiot! Would LOVE to smack 'em around a bit and get them fired. We need a lot less morons in the design industry. -_-

This is not good. It only fits one size wrist. most wrist it will either fall off from being to loose or wont go on from being to small. BAD DESIGN
