DLM Difference: Fresh Seafood

Everyone says their seafood is “fresh” to the point that the word has almost lost its meaning. To us, fresh means time spent out of water, and we keep that time to a minimum through working directly with fishing families and dockside purveyors and choosing to air freight our fish often.
