Hi, Thank you so much for the detailed video. I have a question though, my display has a few horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, very minor lines but I'm not sure if I should replace the screen or can be fixed without replacing it. Because is the laptop Is just over a year. Any advice would be highly appreciated!

Thank you for the feedback! if you wish to support the channel you can LIKE or SUB or both :P
regarding your question: its very very very common this happening on this models we get them in the store often, and the reason for this is that the hinges are really hard and every time you open and close the lid the creates a pressure on the lower lcd and that causes the lines and over time it will increase, unfortunately there is no fix to this as this is physical damage to the panel, you will need to replace it, and when you do loosen up the hinges a bit by twisting the nut on the hinges(open the nut half tun)

@@uFixTek for example. The huawei matebook D15 is using TV156FHM-NH1. Can I use anything other than that live NV156FHM-N48?

yes its very compatible my friend they both have eDP (2 Lanes) , eDP1.2 , HBR1 (2.7G/lane) , 30 pins Connector
the NV is better because of the Color Depth: 16.2M, they both have same Refresh Rate, Luminance.
just color depth is better on NV

Hey man. I really do appreciate the work you do. I have a question on the screen for this laptop as well. Around weeks ago, it all started with some blurring lines on a quarter part of the screen. I suspected some cables inside were loose since it went back okay when I tried to open it the next day with no resistance. Now it just continues with the flickering, like just a quarter of the screen is broken (like low-frequency blurs) and the 3/4 is fine (just some flickers every time I open a colored image).
When I get this fixed in their service center, do I need to have the screen replaced? Or do I have, at worst, a loose cable that just needs some reattachment? I'm a student so I can't probably afford an entire screen replacement anytime soon. Hoping you've had some issues like this in the past which could really help me decide on what to expect when I get it fixed.

I'm anxious about opening the screen myself, afraid of causing it more damage than it already has.

It's truly a pleasure, my friend. 😊 I deeply appreciate your taking the time to provide feedback. If you're inclined to support the channel further, feel free to like and subscribe-or even both!
Regarding your question, the issue it can be from a loosen flex cable connector or it could be the screen matrix board is bad and need to replace the screen. you will need a service center to take a took at the connector of the screen. not something you should touch.
