Get the MSI B650M Gaming WiFi this is the best budget board you can get right now. The only con of this board is that it has only 2 RAM slots otherwise, it’s a masterpiece. You can run 6800 MHz easily on this board.

Yes, you can, but I don’t recommend pairing it with the b650. You should pair it with the x870e to fully utilize the processor.
